The other day I added a "FSBO Listings" page to my website. I also made some informational flyers showing "Free FSBO Advertising" and explaining to sellers what I do. I have them sign an agreement showing that I have their permission to advertise their FSBO on my site (required by Ohio) and that they are willing to coop if I bring a buyer to them. My plan is to drop the flyers off to sellers when I drive past a FSBO property. I will even take the picture of the home to put on my site if they don't have one. As I was driving to appointments over the past few days, I past by several FSBO properties. I was unable to deviate from my plans and drop them off as of yet. I will, hopefully, be able to drive around and deliver some this week.
I also purchased some domain names to point buyers/sellers to my FSBO page. I bought 3 names and have them redirected to that page. All of my other pages on my site and be seen from that redirect. Hopefully, it will also direct more visitors to my homes for sale. The domain names are: www.MyForSaleByOwner.net , www.MyForSaleByOwnerOhio.com and www.OhioForSaleByOwner.net .
